 I’m James Robertson, and I help real estate agents turn vision into results.

With almost 8 years of real estate experience, I’ve spent the last 6 years coaching agents who felt capable but stuck to helping them go from idea to income and from overwhelm to scaling.

I started coaching because I know what it feels like to be unsure of the next steps. I believe strategy only works when it’s aligned with who you actually are. And I know no one should have to figure it all out alone.
